How we work
What holds trueon every engagement
Four commitments, each written out in full — what it means in practice, what you actually receive, and where the limits are.
Work directly with Developers
Simnetiq is two owner-operators. There is no account manager between you and the code, no sales engineer who disappears after the pitch, and no junior team the work is quietly handed to once the contract is signed. You brief the person who builds it, and you keep briefing that person until the project ships.
Scoped before it starts
Every engagement runs against a signed SOW that names the deliverables, the timeline and the price in GBP. You know what you are buying before you commit to it, and the number you agreed is the number you pay unless you ask for something that was not in the document.
You own all of it
There is no licence you have to keep paying for, no proprietary framework you cannot leave, and no account in our name that holds your production system hostage. If you decided tomorrow to move the project to another engineer, you would already have everything needed to do it.
We stay past launch
Shipping is the middle of the job. An app that went live and then broke quietly three weeks later was not delivered — it was abandoned on schedule. Observability and deployment automation go in from day one, and what happens after launch is agreed while there is still time to build for it.
